PUBLIC OFFER

on concluding an agreement for the provision of services for event registration and partnership application consideration

The Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Center for Preparation and Conduct of Civil Society Development Events "MIF" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), acting under its Charter, hereby offers to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") to conclude this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the terms of this Public Offer.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. In accordance with Article 437 (Clause 2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. The Contractor offers the Customer to conclude the Agreement on the terms set forth below.

1.2. The acceptance of this Offer, in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, shall be the Customer's performance of conclusive actions aimed at fulfilling the terms of the Agreement, namely: filling out any of the application forms posted on the Contractor's Website iibf.site (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and submitting them to the Contractor.

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the Customer is deemed to have entered into the Agreement with the Contractor and unconditionally accepts all the terms contained in the Offer in the version effective at the moment of acceptance.

1.4. This Agreement does not require sealing and/or signing by the Customer and the Contractor and remains legally binding.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with the following services (at the Customer's choice, expressed in the form filled out on the Website):

2.1.1. To register the Customer for preliminary participation in the International Islamic Business Forum (IIBF) (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") and to provide him/her with relevant information about the Event.

2.1.2. To consider the Customer's application for establishing partnership relations with the Contractor within the framework of the Event.

2.2. The exact date, time, and venue of the Event, as well as the participation fee (if participation is paid), shall be communicated to the Customer separately via email or phone provided by the Customer after the Contractor receives the application.

2.3. Payment for participation (if participation is paid) shall be made by the Customer separately, in the manner and under the terms to be communicated by the Contractor upon registration confirmation. This Offer does not constitute a payment obligation.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

3.1.1. Consider the application received from the Customer within a reasonable time.

3.1.2. Notify the Customer of the preliminary schedule and conditions of the Event, as well as the procedure for further actions.

3.1.3. Ensure the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Contractor's Privacy Policy posted on the Website.

3.1.4. In case of establishing partnership relations, discuss the details and terms of cooperation with the Customer.

3.2. The Customer undertakes to:

3.2.1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when filling out forms on the Website.

3.2.2. Timely and fully fulfill the conditions that will be communicated to him/her upon registration confirmation and/or upon concluding a separate agreement for participation/partnership.

3.2.3. Familiarize themselves with and comply with the rules of conduct at the Event, which will be posted on the Website or communicated to them separately.

3.3. The Contractor has the right to:

3.3.1. Refuse the Customer's registration or consideration of the partnership application in case of provision of inaccurate information or violation of the terms of this Agreement by the Customer.

3.3.2. Unilaterally amend this Offer. The amendments shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the Website.

3.4. The Customer has the right to:

3.4.1. Receive from the Contractor the information necessary for participation in the Event or discussion of partnership.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

4.1. By submitting an application, the Customer voluntarily provides the Contractor with their personal data (full name, contact details, position, company name) and gives consent to their processing for the purposes specified in the Contractor's Privacy Policy.

4.2. The Contractor undertakes to process the Customer's personal data in strict accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy posted at: iibf.site.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All intellectual property objects posted on the Website, including but not limited to texts, graphic materials, design, and trademarks, are the property of the Contractor or legitimate rightsholders.

5.2. The Customer may not use the Website's content for commercial purposes, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on it without obtaining the prior written consent of the Contractor. Informational mention and linking to the Website are permitted.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Parties shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. The Contractor shall not be liable for the inability to provide services under this Agreement if it occurred due to the Customer's fault or as a result of force majeure circumstances.

6.3. The Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect damages and lost profits of the Customer.
